You will need to purchase the appropriate p+p rate and add it to your order. Please visit the Postage and Packing page and select the service you require. If you forget to do this I will email you to let you know and will reserve your items for you.
I am happy to exchange or refund any item within 7 days of purchase, whether that item is faulty or just not suitable for your needs. If the item is damaged or faulty then I will refund the full amount that you paid for it, including p+p if appropriate. If you don't want it for any other reason them the refund will be for the item only, not p+p.
