Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return an item for replacement or a refund please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will then have a further 14 days to actually make the return. Please note, no refund can be given until the item is returned. Refunds will only include shipping costs if an order is damaged, faulty or incorrect. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with appropriate addresses clearly visible. 

A commissioned or personalised item may be eligible for return if it is able to be resold as part of general stock. As an example, a particular colour or size of item would be fine, but an item with a specific name or date would not.

Due to hygiene issues, we can only accept a return of stud or hoop earrings if they have not been worn. Earrings may be returned worn if they have a removable ear wire, but there will be a charge (deducted from the refund) to allow the wires to be replaced.
